American oak is considered to be the most “Oak-y”. Light Toast is ideal for adding just a hint of barrel-aged flavors & aromas. Recommended minimum contact time is 2 months. For a six gallon batch, use 3 to 4 ounces of oak

We don't manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.
